The table above represents the average investment for a team who completes the 24 month commitment. A majority of the financial savings, an average of $21,600, comes from the free 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment that all teams receive. Teams do pay a $250 per month fee to Apartment Life, but a portion of that is returned as part of the invest rebate program as long as the team completes the 24 month commitment and remains in good standing.  This is one of our ways to say "Thank You!" for being a great team.
