The CARES program is available in nine major cities around the United States. In order for an apartment community to have a CARES Team, the company who manages the apartments makes an agreement with Apartment Life, essentially contracting the team. Because of this, not all communities in these cities have CARES Teams, and we seek to place potential teams on properties that are already waiting for a team.
